Leadership MasterClass - Yellow Belt

Goal

The goal of this training program is to equip participants with practical skills for effective leadership and coaching, which will help them strengthen team trust, improve performance, and maintain employee motivation through quality and individualized conversations. Participants will learn how to adapt their leadership style to various situations and support both personal and team development.

 

Content

  • Module I: Fundamentals of Situational Leadership and Employee Motivation
  • Module II: Setting Employee Goals, Monitoring, and Feedback
  • Module III: Coaching Using the GROW Model
  • Module IV: Building and Strengthening Trust, and Delegation

What will the participants learn?

Participants will gain key tools and skills for effective team leadership, focusing on developing leadership capabilities, building trust, and effective coaching. They will learn to identify and adapt their leadership style to different situations, motivate individuals and teams to achieve high performance, and foster collaboration through practical coaching techniques. They will gain a deeper understanding of key coaching principles and learn how to apply these techniques in practice.

 

Duration of Classroom Training

4×8 hours (each day includes a 60-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks).
Each day consists of four 90-minute blocks and a 30-minute summary.
The training can be scheduled Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, or it can be spread over several weeks depending on the company’s schedule and needs.

Recommended number of participants: minimum 6, maximum 12.

Note: The program schedule is flexible. It can be split into two or even four weeks so that training days fall on the least disruptive days for employees. However, from the perspective of team dynamics, we recommend at least two-day blocks.

 

Webinar Duration

4 x 3 hours (including a 10-minute break), with application challenges between the days. Each day covers one module. The content is designed to correspond to two in-person training blocks.

This format is especially recommended for companies with geographically dispersed employees. It is not recommended for companies where employees are within commuting distance, as the training also has a team-building effect, which could be lost in the webinar format.

Maximum number of webinar participants: 12.

 

Certification

Successful participants will receive a certificate confirming the achievement of the Yellow Belt level in leadership and coaching. The certification includes not only theoretical knowledge but also the demonstration of practical skills through application challenges that must be successfully completed, followed by a development-focused online workshop. This certificate can be an added value for career growth or internal employee evaluations within your organization.

Note: Yellow Belt certification is a prerequisite for attending the Black Belt course.

Participants will learn how to transform their leadership skills to a strategic level and how to effectively build resilient teams prepared to face change.

  • Module II: Leadership Brand Development and Influence Without Authority
  • Module III: Advanced Coaching Techniques and Managing Team Limitations
  • Module IV: Leadership in Times of Crisis and Decision-Making Under Pressure

What will the participants learn

Participants in this advanced training will gain deeper knowledge and skills in strategic leadership and crisis management. They will learn how to build and maintain a leadership brand, manage and motivate people in challenging situations, and enhance their coaching style through advanced techniques. Additionally, they will acquire the skills necessary for leading during times of change, influencing without formal authority, and adapting their leadership during difficult or crisis situations.
